Hello,

    My name is Mrs. Jessica Scroggs.  This is my 11th year teaching and my third year at Milan Elementary. I love teaching Art and I especially love teaching the children in Milan - Go Wildcats!

    I was born and raised in the Greater Kansas City area.    I graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a bachelor's degree in K-12 Art Education.  Later I attended Webster University and earned my master's degree in the Art of Teaching (MAT).  

    I look forward to many more years of teaching the brilliant and creative students at Milan.

My husband and I  welcomed our first child precious Azalea on Sept 5th 7 lbs 6 oz 21 inches long.
