🦃 Holiday Break Announcement🦃

Milan C-2 Schools will be in session on Monday, November 24, and Tuesday, November 25.
There will be no school from Wednesday, November 26, through Monday, December 1.

Classes will resume on Tuesday, December 2.

Milan C-2 High School is proud to announce the students who earned a spot in the Grand River Conference Honor Band! These talented Wildcats worked hard, auditioned with confidence, and rose to the challenge to represent our school with excellence. We are working on our new basketball career record boards. We are looking for the top 5 in each category: field goal percentage, free throw percentage, 3-point percentage, Assists, steals, blocks, Rebounds, and points per game. This will be for a girls' and boys' career record board. This is what we have so far on the girls' side. Unfortunately, we only go back 6 years, so we know there are more out there. Please check your records. We want to get as accurate as possible, and we will need the proof. We are currently reviewing the boys' side, and their results will be available in the next few days.

Mrs. Forster’s CAT class prepared for Christmas by making snowmen ornaments for their class tree. This has been their tradition since they became a group in 8th grade. 🎄🎄🎄

Due to the holiday, elementary after-school tutoring will NOT meet on Tuesday, Nov. 25th. The regular tutoring schedule will resume on Tuesday, Dec. 2nd. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

This year marks a truly historic milestone for the Milan C-2 School District — the 100th anniversary of our high school building!

Built in 1925, our high school has stood as a proud symbol of education, community, and tradition. Through the years, it has grown and evolved — with new classrooms, gyms, weight rooms, and elementary wings — but the heart of Milan C-2 remains strong. 🏫💪

This morning, Mrs. Morris took the Varsity cheerleaders to Culver-Stockton College for an exciting and informative visit. The team had the opportunity to meet with the Culver-Stockton cheer squad, discuss college-level tryout expectations, explore potential majors, and get helpful tips on stunts they’ve been working to improve. The cheerleaders enjoyed a full campus tour, experienced the college cafeteria, and attended the football game—while keeping a close eye on the cheerleaders on the sidelines, of course! We hope this visit inspires some of our athletes to consider cheering at the collegiate level. Overall, it was a beautiful day and a fantastic experience for our team!
