MHS StuCo Kindness Catch: Cristian Chaparro
After our last home football game, a player from the other team was crouched on the field, very upset with their team's loss. Cristian went over to them, talked to them for a little bit, gave them a hug, and helped the student get back on their feet. It was really great to see such sportsmanship and kindness.
Great job, Cristian! Keep spreading your kindness.

Our StuCo is sponsoring a recognition they named the "Kindness Catch". Our first recipient is Adrienna Hamblin. A teacher caught her helping a fellow student pick up the contents of his backpack instead of passing him by. Great job, Adrienna! Keep spreading your kindness!

November 8th is National STEM day. STEM stands for Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Elementary teachers selected one student from their homeroom class to attend makerspace during Den time with the HS Flex students. They are currently working on building a box fort in the corner of the tech suite. Using an engineering design process they began with the planning phase and have now begun constructing their fort.
