Another day of LadyCat Softball in the books! We played four games today and our best was the fourth. We brought the energy the entire game, had several hard hits—including a home run by Amy, solid defense, and pretty great pitching! Everyone played their part and gave their best effort all day, one of the main things we, coaches, have asked of them this summer. There’s something to be said about athletes who lead by example - thank you to our three seniors for doing just that!
As always, thank you to our families for providing food, snacks, drinks, driving the bus and returning girls home, and support. We wouldn’t be able to do it without you!

Great day of softball today in New Franklin/Fayette!
“Thankful to have such a fun, hard-working group of ladies! Extra thankful for the PARENTS and other family members that come to our games to support and encourage our girls, drive our buses, help coach, bring food, drinks, snacks, sunscreen, every chance they can (even if they can’t make it to everything)! I’m so lucky to coach this group and I’m excited to see what’s to come in our future!” -Coach Doak
