🏆🐾 MILAN C-2 ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME 🐾🏆
Milan C-2 is proud to announce Marty Albertson and James Sears as members of the 2026 Athletic Hall of Fame Class! 💚💛
⭐ Marty Albertson was a standout multi-sport athlete at Milan C-2 before continuing his athletic career at Northwest Missouri State University. His accomplishments include being a State Champion in Shot Put, All-State Punter, and First-Team All-MIAA shortstop. He later signed with the Philadelphia Phillies and played professional baseball.
⭐ James Sears was an All-State football player at Milan High School before attending the Air Force Academy, where he lettered in football and started in the 1963 Gator Bowl. He went on to serve 26 years in the U.S. Air Force, including flying 100 combat missions over North Vietnam.
👏 Congratulations to our 2026 Hall of Fame inductees and their families! Their accomplishments and legacies are an important part of Wildcat history.
