Haunted Milan C-2, tonight and tomorrow! Starting at 5 PM until 6 PM for young adventurers (less scary). They will be giving haunted tours until 9 PM! Come and experience the scares for yourself!

This week, Mr. Sayre's Ag Machinery students learning how to use the driveway leveler attachment for the skid steer!
Mrs. Christian's Chemistry students enjoyed the STEM Explorations Day at NCMC yesterday! They competed in an individual math competition, STEM team competition, and an engineering competition amongst other surrounding schools. Only 1st place awards were given in each category, but they did a great job competing against the hundreds of other students and many other schools present!

Help us celebrate safely and respectfully by following these costume guidelines:
• No masks, full face paint, fake weapons, or fake blood.
• No costumes depicting violence, alcohol, or drugs, or costumes that are offensive or stereotype a culture, gender, heritage, or religion.
• Costumes must allow students to participate in class, P.E., recess, and lunch, move safely through hallways, and use the restroom independently. Please consider possible lunch spills!
• Students with inappropriate costumes or difficulty staying focused and behaving appropriately will be asked to change into regular school clothes.
🎒 Preschool students should bring their costumes to change into later.
💚 An alternative activity will be provided for students who do not celebrate Halloween.

⏰ Students need to arrive at school by 7:05 a.m. Please drop students off at the cafeteria.

👟 Wear comfortable, non-slip shoes. The cave surface and riverboat deck can be slick.
🚫 No bags, food, drinks, or gum are allowed in the cave.
🎁 There will be gift shops at both the cave and riverboat.

Our district football game will take place THURSDAY (10/29) at Marceline at 7PM to avoid the state softball conflict on Friday. Parent-Teacher Conferences will continue as scheduled 3:30-6:30.

1st- and 2nd-grade parents should park in the central office parking lot. Students should be returning from the field trip around 5:15 pm.
