Every Wednesday, our staff and students will be sharing their Wildcat Wins—big or small victories worth celebrating! 🏆✨ We’ll be posting them right here each week!
Today, Milan FFA attended the State of the State address by invitation of the Governor. Two senior representatives, our Ag Advisors, and Ag student teacher attended the event. We are looking forward to hearing about their experience!
We are working on our new basketball career record boards. We are looking for the top 5 in each category: field goal percentage, free throw percentage, 3-point percentage, Assists, steals, blocks, Rebounds, and points per game. This will be for a girls' and boys' career record board. This is what we have so far on the girls' side. Unfortunately, we only go back 6 years, so we know there are more out there. Please check your records. We want to get as accurate as possible, and we will need the proof. We are currently reviewing the boys' side, and their results will be available in the next few days.

Missouri Art Education Association (MAEA) showcases students' original artwork in their Show Me Art Coloring Book. In creating and selling this book, it is MAEA’s goal is to raise scholarship funds for a deserving high school senior who aspires to become a Missouri Art Educator. Therefore, 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the coloring book will be used for the MAEA Future Visual Art Teacher Scholarship. This is open to any Missouri students grades K-12. The theme this year was CELEBRATE MISSOURI: Festivals & Celebrations
The coloring books will be available on Amazon for purchase

The Topcats are looking forward to Little Cats this year! We would love for your student to come learn a dance with us during 01/20-22/2026. They would perform the dance, with the Topcats, on Friday, January 23, 2026. Forms can be found at the Elementary Office and due back Friday, January 9, 2026. ❄️🧥 Cold Weather Reminder! 🧤☃️
Now that colder weather has arrived, please remember to send coats, hats, and gloves with your child for recess. Boots will be needed on days when there is snow.
🌡️ Students will go outside for recess as long as the wind chill is above 18°F.
✏️ Please label all coats, hats, and gloves with your child’s name.
🧣 If your child has lost something, they should check the Lost and Found.
