Milan C-2 Graduation will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at 2:00 pm in the High School Gym.
Please join us for our 2024 Sixth Grade Celebration! The celebration will begin at 5:30 pm on May 10th, 2024 at Cal Hubbard Stadium. Sixth-grade students report to the library at 5:00 pm. 5th & 6th Grade Street dance immediately following until 8:00 pm. (The street behind the school will be closed for student safety!)
Congratulations to Sumayah Daud for being “Wildcat of the Week” for her outstanding character at Milan C-2 School District.
We hope you will join us for our Spring Music Concert, on 5/7/24! The concert will be held in the Elementary Gym. Call time for students is at 6 pm, and the concert will begin at 6:30 pm. Come join us in celebrating our fantastic music ensembles and their hard work!
Our Educational Assistant of the Month is Miss Brittany Sinclair! Miss Sinclair was selected by her peers for this award. Milan Family members wrote the following about Miss Sinclair:
💚 She has gone above and beyond to help me out with my kiddos in high school.
💚 I have really enjoyed having Brittany as an EA in my classroom. She genuinely cares for all students and makes sure that all of them are participating and completing assignments. She makes my class so much easier to manage because she is willing to do whatever she can to assist.
💚 Ms. Sinclair goes above and beyond for her students. She cares about them and they know it. She is dedicated to the success of each of our students. And they love to earn candy from her little candy box!!
💚 Brittany has been super kind to all her students and works to ensure that they are doing their best. I appreciate how she makes them feel loved and always has words of encouragement for the kids and parents.

💚 I chose Miss Brittany because of the passion for education she exhibits to the students! She is genuinely invested in the learning and teaching of the topic. Due to the weather, Saturday's (5/4/24) Ladycat & Wildcat Baseball/ Softball Camp is now RESCHEDULED to May 17th after school. Students will be bused from the school at 11:15. All students will receive a sack lunch before camp begins. Students will need to be picked up at 2:30.
Sullivan County Health Department will be doing a survey in the morning between the times of 7:15 AM and 7:45 AM at the Northwest entrance into the high school parking lot. Traffic could get congested on Broadway St. and 5th Street. Please, drive carefully and remain patient while this data is being collected. -Thank You

8th Grader, Miguel Lopez, won the 8th grade painting contest! He received $20 in Milan Moolah and his painting will be displayed in the hallway of MHS!
