It is very important that registration is completed every year. Please note:

Authorization for the school nurse to administer medication must be renewed annually by law.
Without this authorization, if your student needs Tylenol or another medication, the nurse will be required to call you for verbal permission before administering it.

Mrs. Christian's Biology students investigated the effectiveness of different brands of hand sanitizers and soaps, including Dove, Bath and Body Works, Dr. Squatch, school sanitizer, Germ-X, Wet Ones, Dawn, and Equate. They swabbed their partners hands, who used the sanitizer/soap, and then, rubbed the swab on the agar surface in a Petri dish, which was then placed in an incubator for two days. Afterward, they counted the bacteria colonies and collected data to be analyzed to either support or deny their initial hypotheses. Results showed more expensive soaps and sanitizers are not always the best option!

Elementary Grandparents Day
Join us as we celebrate YOU on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 1:15 to 3:15 p.m. Grandparents, please enter through the Elementary doors to pick up your grandchildren from their classrooms.
