The 5th and 6th Grade field trip to the Science Center of Iowa is on May 14th. The bus will leave at 6:45 am. Please drop them off at the Cafeteria doors. Students will need money for lunch. The estimated return time is 4:30 pm.
New KINDERGARTEN parents: Leaving your kindergarten child on the first day of school can be emotional for both the child & the parent. For this reason, on May 21 from 2:00-4:00 pm, we have decided to host a couple of hours for you and your kindergarten child to come to school to meet us and see the rooms. A letter with more information on summer school and your child's summer school teacher will be mailed in the next few days.

Congratulations to our 2024 MVPs! These students were recognized in front of their families this morning at a breakfast hosted by FBLA. Students didn't know which staff member nominated them or why they were nominated. MVPs were revealed one-by-one as staff members took turns talking about their MVP and why they chose them. This ceremony is extra special and a great way to recognized students for perseverance, involvement, good character, work ethic, and so much more. MAP and EOC testing continues this week. Please make sure students get a good night's sleep, eat a good breakfast, and are at school on time! Students need headphones for testing. Cell phones, smart watches, and Bluetooth headphones are not allowed.
