Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Cayla Viers to the Milan C-2 family!
Mrs. Viers will be serving as an Educational Assistant. She is a graduate of Green City R-1 High School and earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree from Moberly Area Community College.
Outside of school, Mrs. Viers enjoys a wide variety of hobbies, including hunting, fishing, gardening, photography, traveling, farming, reading, and spending time with family. Her love for the outdoors and lifelong learning keeps her busy year-round.
Family is incredibly important to Mrs. Viers. She has been married to her husband, Shane, for 30 years. Shane is a Civil Engineer with MODOT. Together, they have two sons: Kyle, who holds a degree in Agricultural Education and currently works for the Cattlemen's Association, and Jason, who is completing his final year at Northwest Missouri State University while earning his Master's Degree in Accounting.
The Viers family recently moved back to their family farm west of Milan, where they are surrounded by many relatives and look forward to spending time with friends and loved ones in the community they call home.
We are excited to welcome Mrs. Viers to Milan C-2 and look forward to the positive impact she will make in the lives of our students!

Please join us in welcoming Ms. Brittany Sinclair to her new role at Milan C-2!
Ms. Sinclair will be teaching 5th & 6th Grade Science. A proud Milan C-2 High School graduate, she continued her education at Moberly Area Community College and Central Methodist University. After serving as an Educational Assistant for the past three years, she is excited to continue making a difference in the lives of students as a classroom teacher.
Outside of school, Ms. Sinclair enjoys spending time with family during holidays and gatherings, going on adventures with her niece, nephews, and son, and staying active through church activities such as VBS, Royal Rangers, and Bible studies. She also enjoys swimming, learning new things, and relaxing at home with popcorn and a good movie.
Family is a big part of Ms. Sinclair's life. She has an almost 7-year-old son who will be entering 2nd grade, as well as a large, close-knit family that includes five brothers, one sister, four nephews, and one niece.
We are excited to see the impact Ms. Sinclair will continue to make in our schools and community!

Miss Weaver will be teaching 5th and 6th-grade Writing and Social Studies. A proud Milan C-2 High School graduate, she is excited to give back to the district that helped shape her educational journey.
Outside of the classroom, Miss Weaver enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and listening to podcasts, especially anything related to a good true crime story.
Family is at the heart of everything she does. Miss Weaver is the proud mom of her almost 4-year-old daughter, Bexlynn, who she considers her best friend. Together, they love completing sticker books, playing at the park, and watching movies. She also enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Ean, and her bonus children, Kase and Quinlee.
We are excited to welcome Miss Weaver to our Wildcat family and look forward to the positive impact she will have on our students!

Ms. Ryals will be serving as an Educational Assistant at Milan C-2. A proud Milan C-2 High School graduate, she continued her education at North Central Missouri College (NCMC) and is excited to begin this new chapter with our Wildcat community.
When she's not at school, Ms. Ryals enjoys spending time with her family, including her fiancé, Braydon, their 7-month-old daughter, Hadlee, and Buster, the family dog.
We're excited to welcome one of our own back to Milan C-2 and look forward to the positive impact she will make in the lives of our students.
