Birth certificate
Immunization records
Proof of residence (Piece of mail, utility bill, rental contact, etc.) showing your address
Your student will not be able to attend school until we have the above documents and your residence address has been verified through the Supt. office and approved. This could take 2-3 days. Thank you for being pro-active and starting the process early.

Yesterday, MC2 Admin and Safety Director, Christa Widner, met with members of the community to review safety plans for our students. The Ambulance Dept, City of Milan, Sheriff’s Office, Highway Patrol, and Health Dept were all well represented for the meeting. #AllKidsAllTheTime
