Milan FFA was honored to assist with the Roy Blunt Reservoir naming Ceremony today. Our members worked in conjunction with Green City and Newtown-Harris FFA members. We appreciated the opportunity and our members learned a great deal about the lake project.
Kindergarten will be going to Uptown Farms on October 14th, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. Students need to wear tennis shoes and a jacket. Students will eat a sack lunch provided by the school for lunch.

Our very own Ms. Logan Fullerton was among a select few this past weekend - she participated in a lengthy research project (as a part of her undergraduate studies) and was able to present the information to the American Association for Agricultural Education at the North Central Regional Research Conference! Her advisor, Dr. John Tummons, presented with her. The topic was Novice Teacher Content Knowledge for traditional and alternatively certified teachers within Agricultural education. MC2 Nation is very proud of Ms. Fullerton and her willingness to continue vital research to support the future of Ag Education! #IAGDTBAMW

October 10-14, 2022 is National School Lunch Week. Thank you for making school meals nutritious, delicious and amazing. As a new school year has begun it continues to present meal challenges for many school districts, as supply chain disruptions are expected to persist and everyone is feeling more pressure no longer being able to serve all students free. Thursday= Dress like a famous Hispanic

There will be a Parent Meeting Wednesday 10/5/22 at 7 PM in the Elementary Gym for Boys and Girls Grades 6-8 that are interested in playing basketball. Coach Keck (JH Boys Head Coach)and Coach Doak (JH Girls Head Coach) will be leading the meetings.
