The Board of Education is seeking patron and staff input in selecting the next superintendent for the Milan C-2 School District. An online survey which lists leadership qualities of a superintendent is provided. Community and staff persons can indicate the most desired leadership qualities they perceive the new superintendent should have for our district. The results of this survey will be used by the BOE and consultants in seeking and screening applicants as well as for the development of the interview content. PK students will meet in the elementary breezeway at 5:15 pm.
K-2 students will meet in their classrooms at 5:30 pm.
3-6 students will meet in their classrooms at 6:00 pm.
The High School 🎶 Music Concert 🎶 begins at 6PM in the Elementary gym. You may enter the building through the north parking lot doors to attend. We can’t wait to see what our students and Mr. Wick have prepared for us!

Now that it is colder outside, please remember coats, hats, and gloves for recess!!! Boots will be needed when there is snow. As long as the wind chill is above 18 F, students will be going outside for recess.

Elementary Lil' Shopper's Shoppe Closes TOMORROW! The Holidays are near! Students will have the opportunity to pick out their own inexpensive, high-quality gifts for family and friends during their "Specials" class time. The Shoppe will be open during school 12/8-12/15/22.

Field Trip Reminder: The Elementary PBS Celebration will be WEDNESDAY 12/21/22 for students who met the referral requirements. Please make sure your student's activity permission form & fees are paid. The bus will leave at 7:45 am and return before dismissal at 12:45 pm.
Due to potential increased absences & a lack of inclement weather issues/cancellations for the 1st semester - school will RELEASE at 12:45 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, 12/21/22 and RESUME on WEDNESDAY, 1/4/23. As a part of the regular routine, school will NOT be in session on Monday, 12/19/22. In the event school is cancelled between now & then, this MAY be adjusted. The hours/days will NOT impact the "Last Day" of school & AMI will not be used.
