Milan C-2 will celebrate Future Teachers of America Day on Monday 11/21/22. All students PK-12 are encouraged to dress like a teacher.

Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, school WILL BE in session on 11/21/22. School will dismiss at 12:45 pm on 11/22/22. There will be no school from 11/23-11/28/22.

Kindness Catch:
Delanie is being recognized for showing kindness to a classmate in an emotional moment. Other students looked the other way, but Delanie moved seats to give comfort to the other student. Keep spreading your kindness!

Keegan Hoover was nominated by a group of Elementary teachers who wanted to thank him for being so kind and brightening their mornings with his notes and jokes. They said he helps to start their day on a positive note. Keep spreading your kindness!

It was Soup-er Bowl Wednesday at MHS! Staff brought in a crockpot of their best soup for a chance to win one of three "SOUPER" prizes! Congratulations to our winners: Mrs. Sawyer (1st), Mr. Kelly (2nd), & Mrs. Dodson (3rd)!

Last week, a group of our students worked with Mr. Keith Woodcock from California State University, Fresno on a photo voice activity for the D-PRAT project. Students were asked to take pictures around our community and write a narrative explaining what the photos meant to them.
